1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website weetravel.ca and renting equipment from WeeTravel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Rental Agreement

Your rental order becomes binding when:

1. You complete the online order form
2. You electronically sign the WeeTravel Rental Agreement
3. You provide payment information and your payment is authorized

Your credit card will be charged according to your selected rental dates and the payment schedule agreed upon at booking. The signed Rental Agreement forms part of these Terms of Service.

3. Rental Use and Responsibility

By renting equipment from WeeTravel, you agree to:

• Use all rented equipment responsibly and according to manufacturer instructions
• Supervise children using the equipment at all times
• Inspect equipment upon receipt and report any damage or defects immediately
• Return all items (including manuals, accessories, and protective bags) in the same condition received, allowing for normal wear and tear
• Return equipment by the agreed-upon date and time

Fees may apply for:

• Late returns
• Missing manuals, accessories, or protective bags
• Damage beyond normal wear and tear
• Improper disassembly or cleaning of equipment

4. Safety and Equipment Standards

All equipment rented from WeeTravel is:

• Inspected for safety before and after every rental
• Cleaned and sanitized using environmentally friendly products
• Compliant with Canadian safety standards and regulations
• Maintained according to manufacturer specifications

Your Responsibilities:

• Read and follow all manufacturer instructions provided with the equipment
• Use equipment only for its intended purpose
• Ensure proper installation and use (WeeTravel does not install car seats due to liability)
• Never use equipment that appears damaged or defective

WeeTravel is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, or failure to supervise children.

WeeTravel provides delivery and pickup services in:

• Toronto, Ontario
• Vancouver, British Columbia
• Victoria, British Columbia
• Calgary, Alberta

Delivery Details:

• Free pickup is available at our local offices during specified hours
• Delivery fees vary based on location and distance
• Airport delivery is available with advance notice (timing restrictions may apply)
• Please provide accurate delivery/pickup addresses and timing information

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy:

• Full refund if canceled at least 48 hours (2 days) before scheduled delivery or pickup
• Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to cancellation fees
• Rush orders (same-day or next-day) may have different cancellation terms

8. Payment Terms

• Payment is processed securely through Square, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor
• Your credit card will be charged according to the payment schedule agreed upon at booking
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
• We do not accept cash or debit cards
• A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation

Pricing:

• Rental rates are quoted per day unless otherwise specified
• Discounts apply for longer-term rentals (weekly and monthly rates available)
• Delivery and pickup fees are separate from rental fees

9. Liability and Assumption of Risk

WeeTravel provides equipment in good, safe condition. By renting from us, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Use of baby equipment involves inherent risks
• You assume full responsibility for the safe and proper use of all rented equipment
• You are responsible for supervising children using the equipment at all times
• WeeTravel is not liable for injuries, accidents, property damage, or losses resulting from:
  • Improper use or installation of equipment
  • Failure to follow manufacturer instructions
  • Lack of supervision
  • Circumstances beyond our control

You agree to indemnify and hold WeeTravel harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of rented equipment.

10. Damage and Loss

You are responsible for the equipment while it is in your possession. You will be charged for:

• Equipment damaged beyond normal wear and tear
• Lost or stolen items
• Missing manuals, accessories, or parts

Please report any damage or loss immediately. We understand accidents happen and will work with you to resolve issues fairly.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by:

• The laws of the province in which you receive the rental service (Ontario, British Columbia, or Alberta)
• Applicable federal laws of Canada

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the province where the service was provided.

12. Changes to Terms

WeeTravel reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
