Safety
It's hard to have a secure nights sleep if you are concerned that your little one isn't securely sleeping. Sometimes your child is too big for a crib and prefers to sleep with you. You would prefer not to become the bedrails as you are pushed to the sides by a child that dances in his sleep! Wee Travel would be happy to help you all have a good night sleep by offering a set of bedrails. These compact and portable protectors extend up to 36 inches and will accommodate a mattress between 4 and 10 inches. They have mesh netting for good air flow, a metal railing for easy extension and fabric lining for the softest touch should your child end up sleeping spread-eagled and sideways across the bed! They extend upwards a full 8 inches so that rolling out of bed would be a major accomplishment and if that is a concern, you can always put the mattress onto the floor and then add the bedrails. Other solutions should a crib not be an option: if possible, push the bed up to the wall on one side and then add one bed rail. Although Health Canada cautions against using bumper pads, we’ve had some customers bring their bumper pads with them on their trip, put them on the bed and place their child in the middle. The child feel likes he/she is in the crib, and the bed rails can still be placed on either side. Sometimes we'll do almost anything for a good nights sleep! |
